Who is in charge of our police?  

It is no longer we the people who by democratic vote have the power over the actions of the police forces of the U.K. but the A.C.P.O. Ltd. They make policy and advise the Home Office of what they require and it is voted in.

The chain of command is actually easy to follow as at the top of the pile is the A.C.P.O. Crime Prevention Initiatives Limited. Company Registration Number 03816000. With A Directors Liability £01:00.

Before you read on please check their web site it is meant to impress with a showing of transparency and honesty.Then check the history of its formation from the many small proved police forces into a single force, unlike today where we have one force fragmented by many conflicting associations, and endemic corruption at all levels and ranks including Chief Constables who are the ACPO members. How the A.C.P.O. was formed from the old proven democratic watch committee's to what it is today. All the 44 county police forces are represented, including Northern Ireland, by in the main the Chief Constables. Not all are voting directors as there was 341 members as at the 16th April 2009, some were voted in but have no voting rights.

This in my opinion is wrongfull as the company is funded from the public purse as is the original association, the A.C.P.O. so there are two payments made to support the same association and its officers, the same policy and the same aim, to corrupt democracy and to profit.

It states that the officers volunteer their time and service, yet it also states that the members pay a fee toward the costs of the association, and each police force also pays towards its costs out of its funding, yet with police forces and the state funding, this it is not a " quango," as the members are not appointed by the government or answerable to them the government is failing in duty of care and trust so therefore is corrupt in its action. We the public have no access to the use made of the money paid by us out of public funds, or any input into how it is spent or in policy making.

Before we go any further I should publish the "Attestation" ( Oath) agreed by every officer issued the Royal Warrant of Extraordinary Power and Title of Constable.

I………of……….do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve the Queen in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offenses against people and property; and while I continue to keep the said office I will, to the best of my skill and knowledge, discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law. 

The police use ambiguity in their policy making and in their promise of honesty. They are always ambiguous in expression.
